Short answer ? Yes.
A little longer one:
Me and a couple of friends are porting Lua5 to PalmOS, as an OpenSource
initiative. You can download the first alpha version on
www.sf.net/projects/luapalmos. MIT License.
There's a port to PocketPC done by Pedro Miller at
http://www.uoam.net/lua.html (I think it's Lua4).
And you can do a port to SymbianOS, if you want to.
