5.0 vs. 5.0.2

Gang,

Is 5.0.2 just a bug fix version of 5.0?

Or another way to put it: if I manually incorporate the fixes to bugs 
in 5.0 as listed on http://www.lua.org/bugs.html will I end up with the 
same thing as 5.0.2?

I'm trying to uprdage to 5.0.2 and have included the sources but am 
seeing all sorts of compile time issues that lead me to believe other 
things have changed as well...

can anyone enlighten me?
