Indeed, the Xbox SDK doesn't have a windows.h
But somehow one of these are defined: _WIN32, __WIN32__ , WIN32.
We thought these identified Windows systems and no others...
Is your code somehow defining them?
Not that I think I'm going to need that particular library though.
So define USE_LOADLIB to be 0.
