Agreed 100+%... Documentation is - after visibility - one of the great weaknesses with 'community supplied' extensions. As the people who created the extensions often don't need any documentation themselves, this is only natural.but one thing that people usually forget is documentation. Such distribution should include documentation for all the modules included, in an as much as possible uniform document.
Maybe a standardized form of docuemtation could be the 'barrier of entry' for inclusion of a module into the distro?
Another one comes to mind, which is terms of licence. A overall Lua licence might be disireable, but maybe some modules could be included with explicit statements as to varying licence terms..
