Yes, I tend to delete that line, which I probably shouldn't (it's a habit 
from personal mails, where it's silly).

What I like is only to reply directly to first level quotes, not second.

Hopefully we'll all have sane XML editors one day. I think this is a 
problem with editors, not XML.
