I downloaded POV-Ray 3.5 when it was released. As some of you may know, it is a free, open-source ray-tracer, creating beautiful images when mastered. I am not exactly a newbie, but I am mostly relearning the language. As an exercice, I re-created the Lua logo in the POV-Ray language, it was a good exercice. I give here the source (I took the algorithm from Luiz's PDF translation...) and one or two renderings. Perhaps we could use it in some situations, like a birthday cake (when is the official birthday date?) or other goodies.
