You could create a list at Yahoo or some place else that offers list hosting,
such as SourceForge. There are probably several others.

I'm sorry, but the current list already gives me a lot of work. I'm still
looking for an alternative and hoping some volunteer will come up to set up
and manage lua-l.

In any case, I think the Lua team would participate in a list in Portuguese,
if someone else creates and manages it.
