The upcoming Lua Library Workshop at Harvard has now a Wiki page
containing the announcement and room for topic suggestions:

Please add suggestions for topics that you feel should be discussed,
even if you cannot attend. If you have recently proposed changes to the
libraries here, please take a minute and add a paragraph or two (you
could take it from your saved mail) to the Wiki page.
