ANNOUNCE: tklua 4.0a1

I have ported tklua to the lua 4.0 API. You can download an alpha
version at

http://www.cis.upenn.edu/~cvogler/lua/tklua.html

Note that you also need tolua 4.0a or later. You can find a link on my
tklua page.

Long-term I am looking for someone to take over maintenance of tklua
4.x, since I do not use tk for anything except a specific research
project. Hence, my knowledge of tk is somewhat limited. If you are
interested, please send me e-mail.
