Delphi headers for lua 4.0

Delphi header for lua 4.0 was now released

you can found it at this adress :

it works with the binnaries compiled by Philippe Lhoste

i have tested only a small part so if you find bugs send me a mail.

for the moment only static link to dll and cdecl calls was disponible

i have also converted min exemple and test it with lua exemple of the 
official distrib and it seems work well.
