Hi Stan,
I have just verified the LuaOrb's distribution package
(available at http://www.tecgraf.puc-rio.br/luaorb/pub/lo_distr.tar.gz)
and all those files are there:
luaorb/include/luaorb.h
luaorb/src/lo_cfg.cpp
When did you download it?
Please, try it again and let me know if you have any other problem.
BTW, we will release a new version of LuaOrb, in two or three weeks,
that supports ORBacus 4.X, Visibroker 3.3 and Mico 2.3,
besides ORBacus 3.X.
