A wiki name is made by joining two or more words. A word is a capital letter followed by one or more small letters.

If a named page exisits, it will be linked automatically. Otherwise a linked "?" appears after the name, which can be followed to create the page.

For example, here are some valid wiki names: SandBox, HomePage, NonExistentPage?
