* if you are not good at interrupting people, get somebody else to keep speakers and qa on time
* use a separate computer for doing av recording, i.e. not the same computer that is being used to project talks
* put all talks onto a single computer at the beginning of each day (at the beginning of the workshop), i.e. speakers don't get to use their own laptops
* Roberto's talk goes at the beginning of the day, rather than the end

The following are some observations I have made on how the workshop went. Perhaps most (all) of it is obvious, but hopefully it might be useful for anyone planning a future workshop.
