VS "Code" (this is free of cost - do NOT mixup with VS Studio for
Prgramming - this is completely different story) of MS is super-great,
although MS ... sometimes MS can produce positive surprises :).
(you need "sumneko"Lua - Lua language server" Add-In. This not only
gives you perfect support / error checking / auto-complete
functionality, but also very easy possibility to produce help files
for your own lib functions (if you program own libs in either Lua or
C...).
