NumPy equivalent?

Hello,

There are plenty of libraries on the subject (Torch, gsl-shell,...) but I could not make my decission about which one to use.

Ideally it should not be a framework but a general library (perhaps LuaJIT only) as NumPy is.

Which are your thoughts?
