The site presents a certificate with the wrong name on it when you visit https://lua-users.org
You can insist that’s a bug in my browser if you like but that just makes you part of the problem, not part of the solution.
Running a contemporary site over HTTPS is basically free and trivial, is supported (if not actively encouraged) by every decent hosting company, and can be considered basic courtesy to and respect for visitors if nothing else.
