Invalid Github links

Hi,

while looking through https://www.lua.org/bugs.html I noticed that the 
Github links for https://www.lua.org/bugs.html#5.4.4-3 and 
https://www.lua.org/bugs.html#5.4.4-4 lead to a 404 error page from 
Github. This seems to be the case since the last commit in the Github 
repository is from the 18. Feb while the bugs are more recent.
Is it expected that these links lead to a 404 error page?
