Are you looking for free help, or is this a commercial project?

Also, I think it won't just be about Lua programming, it will be about Lua together with the Alchemer platform. More specifically, how Lua is connecting/embedded, what constraints Alchemer imposes, and how Lua is used to create the PDF summary files (as that is not something Lua does "out of the box"). So, whoever does the programming for you will need to understand/learn this stuff, and so need information about, and probably access to, the Alchemer platform. I expect that 99%+ Lua people have never heard of Alchemer (I hadn't until your email) and so there will be a learning curve.

So, dependent on some of the above, I may be interested, please drop me a line directly.
