One of my goals for this year is moving it and the other libraries I nominally maintain (e.g. LuaDBI) to LunarModules.


I took a stab at this, see https://github.com/lunarmodules/luaexpat 
Made some changes in configuration files to support CI, linting, testing, docs, and luarocks.

(Since the history between the Tomas repo and Matthew repo didn’t really line up, I used Matthews repo)

A maintainer team has been created, and I invited both of you to that team.
