[ANN] Penlight 1.7.0 available

Trying to catch up here, so here’s the announcement,ent of the 1.7.0 version of Penlight containing a bunch of fixes.

Most notably:

 - “pretty.write” sorts output

 - “stringx.split” got a fix

 - some case handling on file paths for Windows (were forced to lowercase)

As always, installing is easiest through LuaRocks.
