Port of CorsixTH-0.62 to LJS

Happy new year !

Continuing with testing convert projects to LJS 
https://github.com/mingodad/ljs to test it I just finished port 
CorsixHT-0.62 https://github.com/mingodad/CorsixTH-ljs it took 1 day to 
do it.

I'm quite confident that LJS is working properly now.

Just in case anyone want to try it on their Lua codebase there is on 
file https://github.com/mingodad/CorsixTH-ljs/blob/master/check-diff.ljs 
like this on all ports that help with the workflow to convert a Lua 
project to LJS/LjsJIT .
