[ANN] Prosody 0.11.0 released!

Hi folks,

We are very happy to announce the release of Prosody 0.11.0, a modern,
lightweight easy-to-use XMPP server.

This is the first release in the 0.11 series, which will now be
considered the stable series. With over 2000 commits this release
couldn’t have been achieved without the help from our many
contributors, testers and other community members. Thanks!

The highlights include:

- Significant rewrite of the MUC component for chatrooms
- Many new features added to Pubsub and PEP
- Support for vCard4
- Mobile traffic optimisations
- Lua 5.2
