Lua’s standard library includes regular expressions library

I think it's a good idea to mention LPeg possibly becoming a part of the language, but Lua itself doesn't have regex - it has Lua patterns.

Lua has an incremental garbage collector

Only in some versions. It wasn't in 5.1 IIRC and I don't believe it's in 5.3. I think it was mentioned to be reintroduced in Lua 5.4, though.

Hi,

I am working on a document that will describe the main features of Lua
in a concise manner. It is the document I wish I had when I started to
first learn about Lua.

Here is a early version - it is very incomplete. Feedback welcome!
