[ANN] Lua code formatter (lcf) updated

Hello list (or "to whom it may concern"),

I've updated luarocks version of lua code formatter (lcf).
(It can reformat any lua 5.3-compatible text file.)

Nothing fancy added, just genesis of used implementations.
About 3x parsing speed increase.
