I don't think this question is really frequently asked, but I do like the idea to put this
information up at lua.org/source landing page. either the list archive or the direct
link to the program should all be OK.
btw, besides lhf's program, you might also want to check out GNU global, which contains the
command `htags` which you can use to generate syntax highlighted and cross ref linked HTML
pages from your source files.
