Binding to Proj.4?

Hi,

Is anyone aware of a binding to Proj.4[1]?  Proj.4 is a library for converting geographic coordinates between projections.

I've found this one this one[2] on Github, but appears to be an unfinished attempt to add SWIG bindings, which isn't really what I'm looking for.

I have a small binding to it which I'm using more than I expected, so I'm going to either find better one, or tidy this one up and push it out.
