I just created Lua on Imzy: https://www.imzy.com/lua

Imzy is, to put it simply, a social network similar to Reddit but with significantly better UX.

PS: I'll only invite you/accept your request if you've previously posted on the mailing list (in case of email address) or if I can find out who you are (in case of phone number).

PPS: Imzy has a great tipping feature that's enabled for /lua! You might be interested in posting announcements there. I was still tweaking stuff between the OP and now. Eh perhaps I should start this over again...

I created a Lua community on Imzy: https://www.imzy.com/lua

Imzy is a social network similar to Reddit but with significantly better UX. It's currently in private beta, and I'll only accept join requests from those who have previously posted on this mailing list.

Main differences between Imzy and Reddit include:

- Actual monetary tips through Stripe (a payment processor).
- It's 100% porn-free.
- You can have multiple usernames (profiles) in the same account, however nobody other than yourself can see them. As far as everyone else is concerned, they're completely separate.
- Built-in post tags.

As for /lua, just about anything that's allowed on this mailing list is allowed there. Both tipping and tagging are enabled, I felt like tipping would be nice for tool/module/script creators, and tagging lets you mark your posts as "announcement", "question", "meta", etc.

Because imzy is still in private beta, the community isn't very large. This might be a positive point for some of you. ;)
