[ANN] Free Pascal API for Lua 5.3

I have updated the Wiki entry [1] on using Lua in Free Pascal to
include support for Lua 5.3. It contains a minimal example of how
to call Lua API routines from Pascal.

Most of the work was done over several years by other people, the
most recent of them being someone operating as Malcome@Japan
on the Lazarus forum.

In theory it should also be possible to write Lua modules in Pascal,
but I have not yet actually tried doing that.
