Orbit v2.2.3 Release Help Uploading Rockspec

Hi,

I worked on a release of Orbit and now I want to publish it on LuaRocks root repo, but it won't allow me to because I am not the owner. I am a developer of the project on GitHub.

I have the rockspec here [1] can the owner please upload this rockspec?

I wonder if I should be the owner? Maybe the current owner would like to coordinate with me?
