The take I have on LUA_NOCVTN2S and LUA_NOCVTN2S is that
PUC-Rio put those there for people to experiment with and report their
experiences, in order to help them decide whether maybe Lua 6.0 will
abolish one or both kinds of coercion.

So I'm sure that what you wrote is more helpful than the brutal no-thanks
of the lazy majority (including me) who gave up on them without trying.
