Missing unpack?

Hello,

I've just had a bug report for WordGrinder which, frankly, I don't
understand. The stack trace shows:

    attempt to call global 'unpack' (a nil value)

I thought unpack was a builtin and has been in Lua for, basically,
forever. Are there any versions or configurations I should be aware of
where it's not present? There's a good chance they built it themself.
(I've been out of touch with Lua developments for a while.)
