supporting lua : small recurring donations!

i'm not sure if this has been discussed out here before, so pardon my
ignorance.

can lablua setup a paypal account to accept small financial donations?
that way, we can always send in small amounts on a recurring basis.

just buying books and ware might not be enough a support, i think.
