- Subject: Lua used in Intermec (at least some) ticket and label printers

The other day I got a shipment of several Intermec PM43c industrial grade, mid-range ticket/label printers. While configuring them for production use, I discovered that they use Lua 5.1.4 at least for the creation of web pages for the web-based user interface.
They use an ARM linux, lighttpd, Lua and stuff from the kepler project, like e.g. cgilua.
For these printers, your write programs in C# or Fingerprint (a BASIC dialect), I wonder if they will add Lua to it, which would be great. Maybe someone from Intermec (now a Honeywell company, fwiw) is on this mailing list?
