Steve, what is status of winapi? In http://lua-users.org/lists/lua-l/2011-06/msg00322.html you mentioned four links:

#2 doesn't work (404 error). How up to date are the zips in #4 and 5? Or should I just grab from github (a zip would be nice, rather than a checkout).
