No need to do so, but it'd be AWFULLY nice.

I keep asking about this -- WHY is there a "meta-emptiness" problem?
No one seems to have an explanation for why there can't just be an
"empty" value, even if it's just a SPECIFIC immutable empty table put
into the global scope by default.
