Unofficial Lua FAQ needs updating

Hi all,

I last updated http://www.luafaq.org about two years ago and the scene has since changed.

I'm happy with remaining the editor, but would like to solicit input and contributions on how to take this resource further;  one idea would be to put it into its own github repo to make contributions easier.

With the continued importance of LuaJIT, it's important to put on the record that it shares many of the improvements of 5.2.
