[ANN] LuaJSON 1.3.2 Released

LuaJSON Version 1.3.2 was just released.

For the rockspec, please use this link (the tagged version assumed
github links would be available at old-style locations):

Changes in this version:
 * No longer pollute _ENV in Lua 5.1 / LuaJIT (local _ENV = nil works
just like _ENV = nil)
 * LPeg 0.12 compatibility fixed - 0.11 tested and segfaults

Re-verified compatibility with prior listed LPeg versions by running
the regression tests.
