Sorry for the delay.

We are planning some celebration for Lua's 20-year anniversary, but we
are not thinking about a workshop down here.  The workshop we organized
here in 2009 was a big success, but it attracted very few people from
outside Brazil (four, IIRC). Language continues to be a barrier (most
Brasilians would expect most events to be in Portuguese).

So, we are thinking about some non-technical event here at PUC, and
a "regular" workshop, probably in Europe (Toulouse?).
