[ANN] my Lua tools

As mentioned just now, I maintain a page of Lua tools and libraries at
	http://www.tecgraf.puc-rio.br/~lhf/ftp/lua/

I've been quietly updating my libraries to Lua 5.2. Even the 5.1
versions have used a clean up so that the differences between the
two version are very minor.

If you use one of my tools, be it for 5.1 or 5.2, get the latest version.

I'm still working on lbci for 5.2. If you need a 5.2 version of one of
my tools, please let me know.
