The behavior of table.insert & table.remove have changed, now they can
throw an error "out of bounds".
I found a recent discussion about this topic : see

    $ lua -e "table.insert({}, 42, 'elt')"
    lua: (command line):1: bad argument #2 to 'insert' (position out of bounds)
