Lua with LLVM

Hi,

Is there any implementation for Lua code compiling to LLVM IR
 ready for production use? I actually read about llvm-lua and luac-llvm.
 But none of them said ready for use. 

I tried building llvm-lua but never succeed on my Mac OS X and Ubuntu :(
