Yes, 5.2 would be of more interest :)
For the record, this script doesn't work with 5.2:
$ lua -v globalsplus.lua *.lua
Lua 5.2.0 Copyright (C) 1994-2011 Lua.org, PUC-Rio
sh: luac52: command not found
There is no such thing as 'luac52' as far as I know.
