I am working on a product based on eLua and had the mbed platform in mind as the prototype platform.

Specifically, I was looking at the LPC1768.

However, I soon realized that 32K RAM is not going to cut it.

So, I am looking for a similar hardware platform but with 64K or (ideally) 128K of RAM.

Suggestions ?

PS - I looked at the Mizra-32. But, I don't think that it's going to cut it.

don't know your application senarios and requirements, but maybe STM32 serial is one option among others.
the STM32 MCU family has many models, including cortex-m0, cortex-m3, cortex-m4.
