1. It's a little unexpected to find a .tar.gz file containing only
only one file, and moreover, that this file is DOS-formatted.
A .zip file would be more appropriate, or just a .gz file if it's
in Unix format.

2. It would be nice if you could put something about it on
the Wiki page

especially if the conventions in your binding are different
from those in the units that come with FPC.  On Ubuntu
(and I suppose, Debian) these units come with the
package fp-units-misc, which is a virtual package
for fp-units-misc-2.4.4 in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.  They're
still 5.1, though.
