Hmm, now that I think about it, I guess "reader()" doesn't really
work in the most common usage, "for ..."
Argh, I dunno...
[This is a really cool extension to io/file.lines, BTW... I imagine it
was almost free to implement (by just passing through the argument to
read), but is obviously quite handy...]
