Hi all,

for those that can be interested, thanks to the help of Michal and
Lesley I was able to fix the build options and runtime problems
related to x64 and Mac OS X platforms.

Now the git branch gsl-shell-2 includes all the needed fixes. You can
checkout the sources with:

git clone git://git.sv.gnu.org/gsl-shell.git -b gsl-shell-2

As a side effect I've cleaned up all the modifications to luajit2 to
the bare minimum and I've found a clean way to configure the options
that I need in luajit2.
