luaposix 5.1.15 download now available as normal

For anyone else trying to release nicely via github (i.e. with
source/binary distributions, not just git tags), there's a handy
script to upload releases, but you have to find the recent fork which
updates it to use the JSON interface, as the official XML-based
version doesn't work any more:

Once you've actually got used to all this stuff it's much easier to
use than LuaForge, which I wish well in its new catalogue-only format.
