No, and this has been addressed in several threads previously. While
at one point they were disallowing any manner of interpreted code in
their apps, they have backed down that restriction to only requiring
that all code must be included with the application, for example you
cannot do level definitions in Lua and then store them on a website so
they are dynamically downloaded and executed-- they must be a part of
the application you submit.

That's my understanding, at least.
