lua license question

Hello. If i write closed source binary daemon, that uses lua static lib
- and not provide sources of my daemon, does that violates lua license ?

If i want to sell my program and not provide sources of it - what i need
to to with lua library ? Can i use static version or i must use
dinamyc ?

P.S. Closed source, becouse now program have many possible bugs and
security vulnerabilites and i want to solve this problems before public
using.
