http://www.lua.org/work/doc/#changes still lists "internal (immutable)
version of ctypes" and lists lctype.c under "Building Lua on other
systems", though it looks like this has been removed since rc1. Also
as a very minor formatting point, the documentation in manual.html for
lua_arith and lua_compare has no whitespace between the colons and the
option descriptions (whereas functions like lua_gc, lua_load,
lua_pcall do all have whitespace).
